Iyengar Yoga Susana Castro

Susana Castro Rodríguez is a qualified teacher of the Iyengar® Method, certified by the Ramamani Iyengar Memoril Yoga Institue of Pune, India.

She has a master’s degree in contemporary dance from the High School of Music and Dance, Institut del Teatre, Barcelona.

In 1996, she cofounded the erre que erre dance troupe, which she co-directed and in which she performed until 2010.

For 10 years now, she has been teaching Iyengar Yoga in Barcelona. She currently teaches at the Espai Erre non-profit association and La Piconera dance center.


Yoga Jozo Novak

Jozo Novak is practicing yoga since 2001. Some of his teachers are Christian Pisano, June Whittaker, Jordi Martï, Silvia Ros, Lois Steinberg.

Influenced by Zen Peacemakers, he is trying to incorporate the 3 tenets of Zen Peacemakers to yoga practice:

  1. Not Knowing
  2. Bearing Witness 
  3. Actions that arise from the open approach of not knowing and bearing witness to what is happening in our body at that moment
